These Terms of Service govern your use of First 100 applications and this website. By accessing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

2. License and use

When you purchase a First 100 app through an authorized store, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or organizational use under store terms.

3. Payments

Parent app pricing is one-time per app unless otherwise noted. Optional word packs or seasonal content may be offered separately. School and enterprise pricing is provided by direct agreement.

4. Content and availability

We improve and update language content over time. Some languages, categories, or features may be in preview, waitlist, or planned status.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse app assets in a way that violates applicable law or platform policies.

6. Intellectual property

First 100 branding, visuals, audio, and product materials are owned by First 100 unless otherwise noted and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, First 100 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
